Coursework

Project 1 - Letterforms

For my first project I was only meant to create my name but I decided to go a little further and make the entire alphabet. This was more of an introductory project but it did end up taking me quite a while to do.

I made the photos black and white in photoshop and then made the desired area red in each photo. It took a while to use the correct tools (magnetic lasso tool etc) so that the edges were accurate and didn't look messy. I then created the montage above for my final outcome.

Project 2 - Portraits

I wanted to make my portfolio interesting and therefore used my artistic side to create different ways to display my contact sheets as seen above.

Final Outcomes

(I will upload the jpeg images rather than the above ones at some point so that the quality is much better)

Exam Project - Companionship

I really love this project and how my portfolio turned out. I chose two sub-topics which was relationships between lovers and the relationship between a boy and his teddy bear. I then linked this into the idea of magic and how children have their own imaginary worlds with their teddy bears.

Final Outcomes

I hope you like my work!

  1. Your books are beautifully presented and your final pieces are just WOW! I only really learnt to present my books, in a similar way to you for my final exam. My first two books aren't great to be honest. :)
